2. Überblick: Was diese Website tut
emobility.onl ist die gemeinsame Startseite des emobility.onl-Netzwerks und verlinkt auf die vier eigenständigen Projekte emobility.education, emobility.guide, emobility.directory und emobility.report. Die Website selbst stellt keine Formulare, Nutzerkonten oder Anmeldefunktionen bereit und erhebt keine personenbezogenen Daten aktiv. Personenbezogene Daten werden ausschließlich verarbeitet, wenn Sie freiwillig per E-Mail Kontakt aufnehmen. Es werden keine Werbe-Cookies gesetzt und keine personenbezogenen Daten zu Werbezwecken an Dritte verkauft.
3. Hosting (Server-Logfiles)
Beim Aufruf dieser Website verarbeitet der Hosting-Anbieter automatisch Informationen in sogenannten Server-Logfiles (z. B. IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs, aufgerufene Datei, Browsertyp). Diese Verarbeitung ist für den technischen Betrieb und die Sicherheit der Website erforderlich (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Mit dem Anbieter wurde ein Vertrag über Auftragsverarbeitung (Art. 28 DSGVO) geschlossen, der gewährleistet, dass dieser die personenbezogenen Daten unserer Websitebesucher nur nach unseren Weisungen und unter Einhaltung der DSGVO verarbeitet.
4. SSL-/TLS-Verschlüsselung
Diese Seite nutzt aus Sicherheitsgründen und zum Schutz der Übertragung vertraulicher Inhalte eine SSL- bzw. TLS-Verschlüsselung. Eine verschlüsselte Verbindung erkennen Sie daran, dass die Adresszeile des Browsers von „http://" auf „https://" wechselt und an dem Schloss-Symbol in Ihrer Browserzeile. Wenn die SSL- bzw. TLS-Verschlüsselung aktiviert ist, können die Daten, die Sie an uns übermitteln, nicht von Dritten mitgelesen werden.
5. Cookie-Einwilligung & lokale Speicherung im Browser (localStorage)
Diese Website verwendet einen Consent-Banner mit den Optionen „Accept all", „Essential only" und „Manage preferences". Ihre Auswahl wird ausschließlich lokal in Ihrem Browser (localStorage) gespeichert — sie verlässt Ihr Gerät nicht und ist für den Betreiber nicht einsehbar. Wenn Sie per E-Mail Kontakt aufnehmen, werden die übermittelten Angaben zur Bearbeitung der Anfrage verarbeitet (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f bzw. lit. b DSGVO) und gelöscht, sobald die Anfrage abgeschlossen ist und keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen.
7. Schriftarten
Diese Website bindet die verwendete Schriftart (Plus Jakarta Sans) lokal vom eigenen Server ein. Es findet keine Verbindung zu einem externen Schriftarten-Dienst (z. B. Google Fonts) statt; es werden dadurch keine Daten an Dritte übermittelt.
8. Reichweitenmessung mit Fathom Analytics
Diese Website nutzt Fathom Analytics (Conva Ventures Inc.), eine cookielose, datenschutzorientierte Reichweitenmessung. Fathom verwendet keine Cookies und speichert keine personenbezogenen Daten wie IP-Adressen; erfasst werden ausschließlich aggregierte Kennzahlen, beispielsweise Seitenaufrufe, Referrer, Land, Gerätetyp sowie anonymisierte Ereignisse im Zusammenhang mit der Nutzung der Website (z. B. Klicks auf ausgewählte Links oder Funktionen). Es findet keine Wiedererkennung von Nutzern, kein geräteübergreifendes Tracking und keine Profilbildung statt. Nach Anbieterangaben erfolgt die Verarbeitung für EU-Besucher DSGVO-konform (EU-Isolation). Das Skript wird erst geladen, wenn Sie die Kategorie „Analytics" im Consent-Banner aktiv zustimmen (Abschnitt 5); Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO (Einwilligung), widerruflich jederzeit über „Cookie settings" im Footer. Mit Fathom (Conva Ventures Inc., Kanada) besteht eine Auftragsverarbeitungsvereinbarung (DPA), die für Datenübermittlungen in Drittländer die EU-Standardvertragsklauseln einschließt.

Sie haben gegenüber dem Verantwortlichen das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) sowie Widerspruch gegen Verarbeitungen auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (Art. 21). 2. Overview: what this website does
emobility.onl is the shared entry point of the emobility.onl network and links to the four independent projects emobility.education, emobility.guide, emobility.directory and emobility.report. The website itself does not provide any forms, user accounts or sign-up functionality and does not actively collect personal data. Personal data is processed only if you voluntarily contact me by email. No advertising cookies are used, and no personal data is sold to third parties for advertising purposes.
3. Hosting (server log files)
When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically processes information in so-called server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, file accessed, browser type). This processing is necessary for the technical operation and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where consent has been requested, processing is based exclusively on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; consent can be withdrawn at any time.

4. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address bar changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock icon in your browser bar. When SSL/TLS encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
5. Cookie consent & local browser storage (localStorage)
This website uses a consent banner with the options "Accept all", "Essential only" and "Manage preferences". Your selection is stored exclusively locally in your browser (localStorage) — it does not leave your device and is not accessible to the operator. The "Essential" category is technically required (to store your selection itself, § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG) and cannot be deselected. The "Analytics" category (Fathom, see section 8) is only activated after your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your selection at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
6. Contact
If you contact us by email, the information you provide will be processed to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) or (b) GDPR) and deleted once the enquiry has been resolved and no statutory retention obligations apply.
7. Fonts
This website loads the font used (Plus Jakarta Sans) locally from its own server. No connection is made to an external font service (e.g. Google Fonts); as a result, no data is transmitted to third parties.
8. Analytics with Fathom Analytics
This website uses Fathom Analytics (Conva Ventures Inc.), a cookieless, privacy-focused analytics service. Fathom does not use cookies and does not store personal data such as IP addresses. It collects only aggregated metrics, including page views, referrers, country, device type and anonymised events related to the use of the website (such as clicks on selected links or features). There is no user recognition, no cross-device tracking and no profiling. According to the provider, processing for EU visitors is GDPR-compliant (EU isolation). The script is only loaded once you actively consent to the "Analytics" category in the consent banner (section 5); the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), revocable at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. A data processing agreement (DPA) is in place with Fathom (Conva Ventures Inc., Canada), which includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers to third countries.
9. Your rights
You have the right, vis-à-vis the data controller, to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21).
