2. Überblick: Was diese Website tut
emobility.onl ist die gemeinsame Startseite des emobility.onl-Netzwerks und verlinkt auf die drei eigenständigen Projekte emobility.education, emobility.directory und emobility.report. Die Website selbst stellt keine Formulare, Nutzerkonten oder Anmeldefunktionen bereit und erhebt keine personenbezogenen Daten aktiv. Personenbezogene Daten werden ausschließlich verarbeitet, wenn Sie freiwillig per E-Mail Kontakt aufnehmen. Es werden keine Werbe-Cookies gesetzt und keine personenbezogenen Daten zu Werbezwecken an Dritte verkauft.
3. Hosting (Server-Logfiles)
Beim Aufruf dieser Website verarbeitet der Hosting-Anbieter automatisch Informationen in sogenannten Server-Logfiles (z. B. IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs, aufgerufene Datei, Browsertyp). Diese Verarbeitung ist für den technischen Betrieb und die Sicherheit der Website erforderlich (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Sofern eine entsprechende Einwilligung abgefragt wurde, erfolgt die Verarbeitung ausschließlich auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO; die Einwilligung ist jederzeit widerrufbar.

Mit dem Anbieter wurde ein Vertrag über Auftragsverarbeitung (Art. 28 DSGVO) geschlossen, der gewährleistet, dass dieser die personenbezogenen Daten unserer Websitebesucher nur nach unseren Weisungen und unter Einhaltung der DSGVO verarbeitet.
4. SSL-/TLS-Verschlüsselung
Diese Seite nutzt aus Sicherheitsgründen und zum Schutz der Übertragung vertraulicher Inhalte eine SSL- bzw. TLS-Verschlüsselung. Eine verschlüsselte Verbindung erkennen Sie daran, dass die Adresszeile des Browsers von „http://" auf „https://" wechselt und an dem Schloss-Symbol in Ihrer Browserzeile. Wenn die SSL- bzw. Diese Website verwendet einen Consent-Banner mit den Optionen „Accept all", „Essential only" und „Manage preferences". Wenn Sie per E-Mail Kontakt aufnehmen, werden die übermittelten Angaben zur Bearbeitung der Anfrage verarbeitet (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f bzw. lit. b DSGVO) und gelöscht, sobald die Anfrage abgeschlossen ist und keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen.
7. Schriftarten
Diese Variante verwendet ausschließlich auf dem Gerät vorhandene Systemschriftarten. Es findet keine Verbindung zu einem externen Schriftarten-Dienst (z. B. Google Fonts) statt; es werden dadurch keine Daten an Dritte übermittelt.
8. Analyse
Mit Ihrer Einwilligung in die Kategorie „Analytics“ im Consent-Banner (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO, § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG) messen wir die Nutzung dieser Website mit einer eigenen, cookielosen Lösung auf unserem Server in Deutschland. Erfasst werden aufgerufene Seiten, Herkunftsseite, Kampagnenparameter, Gerätetyp, Browser, ungefährer Standort und Klicks auf ausgewählte Links oder Funktionen. IP-Adressen werden nur kurz verarbeitet und nicht gespeichert; Besuche werden über eine anonyme Kennung gezählt, die täglich wechselt. Es gibt keine Profile, kein websiteübergreifendes Tracking und keine Weitergabe an Dritte. Für den Standort nutzen wir IP Geolocation by DB-IP (CC BY 4.0). 2. Overview: what this website does
emobility.onl is the shared entry point of the emobility.onl network and links to the three independent projects emobility.education, emobility.directory and emobility.report. The website itself does not provide any forms, user accounts or sign-up functionality and does not actively collect personal data. Personal data is processed only if you voluntarily contact me by email. No advertising cookies are used, and no personal data is sold to third parties for advertising purposes.
3. Hosting (server log files)
When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically processes information in so-called server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, file accessed, browser type). This processing is necessary for the technical operation and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where consent has been requested, processing is based exclusively on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; consent can be withdrawn at any time.

4. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address bar changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock icon in your browser bar. When SSL/TLS encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
5. Cookie consent & local browser storage (localStorage)
This website uses a consent banner with the options "Accept all", "Essential only" and "Manage preferences". Your selection is stored exclusively locally in your browser (localStorage). It does not leave your device and is not accessible to the operator. The "Essential" category is technically required (to store your selection itself, § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG) and cannot be deselected. The "Analytics" category (analytics, see section 8) is only activated after your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your selection at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

If you contact us by email, the information you provide will be processed to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) or (b) GDPR) and deleted once the enquiry has been resolved and no statutory retention obligations apply.
7. Fonts
This version uses only system fonts already available on your device. No connection is made to an external font service (e.g. Google Fonts); as a result, no data is transmitted to third parties.
8. Analytics
With your consent to the "Analytics" category in the consent banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG), we measure the use of this website with our own cookieless solution on our server in Germany. We record pages visited, the referring page, campaign parameters, device type, browser, approximate location and clicks on selected links or features. IP addresses are processed only briefly and not stored; visits are counted with an anonymous identifier that changes daily. There are no profiles, no cross-site tracking and no disclosure to third parties. For the location we use IP Geolocation by DB-IP (CC BY 4.0). You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

You have the right, vis-à-vis the data controller, to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21).
